Our 2025 summit schedule is designed to provide a deep dive into the most critical aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry. Over the course of three days, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts, participate in hands-on workshops, and connect with peers who are equally passionate about creating a more inclusive tech ecosystem. Theme: Driving DEI in Tech Leadership
The first day focuses on leadership’s role in advancing DEI in tech. Keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops will explore best practices for creating inclusive leadership pipelines, mentorship programs, and equitable workplace policies.
Theme: Innovation and Technology for Inclusion
Day two features sessions on how emerging technologies can be leveraged to promote diversity and inclusion. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, hear from tech innovators, and learn about cutting-edge tools that enhance inclusivity in product development and user experience.
